Booking my unit


Can I book online?
Yes you can. Simply follow the online instructions and complete your booking!

Can I book via telephone?
Yes, if you need help please call us we are happy to guide you through the process.

What payment options are there?
You can pay using any major debit or credit card, including American Express.
If you want to pay annually in advance please contact us on 01284 598001

Can I cancel before I move in?
Yes you can. To cancel your booking, either log in to your account online, or call us. You will not be charged if you cancel prior to your move in date.

Can I change my payment card?
Yes you can. Log into your account, click on 'View Payment Details' and add a new card.

How do I access my container?
Prior to your move in date, you will receive an email message with instructions on how to access the site and on the day we will send you a personal access code. Simply call us if you need help.

Accessing my unit

When are we open?
7am - 8pm Monday to Friday
8am - 8pm Saturday and Sunday 


Do you have staff on site?
Our staff are not permanently based on site so please call us if you would like to meet with one of our team?

Will anyone be able to help me unload/load my belongings?
You should always plan to unload and pack your items yourself. We do not provide any trollys or dollys. Please plan your own assistance if required.

Are there any steps to my unit?
The site entrance is at ground level with no steps.

How close can I park to my unit?
You should be able to park directly outside your unit. There is also additional onsite parking located next to the entrance inside the gate.

Do we sell packing materials or boxes?
We do not sell any items like that. Department stores, Amazon, B&Q are a few recommendations.

Moving out


I want to cancel my storage subscription and cancel future payments what do I need to do?
The quickest way to move out is to log into your account online and cancel. If you require any assistance, call us.

I want to move out immediately. Can I get a refund on payments made to date?
You can move out at any time (subject to opening hours). However, payments are made monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
